About Me
We're told at a young age that one day we'll have to choose a career path and pursue said career for the rest of our lives, and that's a lot of pressure. We spend our school careers dipping our toes into different subjects, trying to find the perfect fit for the next few decades of our lives. I had many ideas for careers as a child, but as I grew up, nothing ever stuck. Every child likes to draw and create, but you never look at scribbles on a page and think, “One day you'll grow up to be an artist”. Well I started out with scribbles, which turned into shapes, which turned into animals and people and things. When high school finally came around, I had finally decided that the answer for a career was in front of me all along, the path in life for me was meant to be a creative one. I took my first digital art class my senior year of high school and everything clicked and fell into place. I had big dreams of going to an arts based college to pursue my career, though those plans were dashed when covid came around. Little did I know, the college I would end up going to would be everything I could ask for. At Macomb Community College, the professors truly care about the students, and do the most they can to prepare us for the industry ahead. Illustrating has always been my comfort zone, so designing for me is new and exciting. I fall more in love with it every project I complete. I hope to get even better at designing and combine my abilities to excel in this field.
Here are some of my favorite pieces I've created so far, I hope you enjoy them!
